Ingredients

5-10 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 200garam bottle gourd (peeled and slice)
  • 100garam pineapple slices
  • 1English cucumber slices
  • 1gooseberry
  • 1 pinchblack salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 cupspinach leaves
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 cupwater
  • Mint leaves for garnish

    Firstly, in a mixer jar take bottle gourd slice, cucumber slices, ginger, gooseberry, spinach, salt and lemon juice 😋.

    Add 1 cup water and blend to smooth juice 😋.
    Garnish with mint leaves......
