Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef mince
  2. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  4. 2 tbspmakai ka atta
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. salt to taste
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  9. 2onion breek kati hue
  10. 2tomato bareek katy hue
  11. 2egg
  12. 1 tbspzeera powder
  13. hara dhania
  14. 2/3green chili kate hue

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except onion and tomatoes
    Leave for an hour

    Jab fry krny lagy tab tomato or onion mix krlyn

  3. 3

    Ab ap butter paper par bana sakty hy ya phr ap apny tareeqy sy banae

    Ab shallow fry kryn

  5. 5
