Ingredients

  • 1 cupcorn (sweet American canned)
  • 1/2cucumber peeled and cubed
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 4-5mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2tspoon chaat masala powder
  • 1tspoon black peper powder
  • 1/2tspoon black salt
  • 1tspoon red chilli powder
  • 1lemon extract
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • for garnishGreen coriander leaves chopped
  • for garnishSome sev

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse canned corn and drain well. Add to microwave safe bowl add butter on top. Microwave for between 1and 1/2 to 2 min.

  2. 2

    Take a big mixing bowl add all ingredients sprinkle dry spices powder add mint green coriander leaves chopped add sev.
