Ugali,Omena and Greens,Served with an Orange fruit

Start with ugali.
Pour the water in the Sufuria and boil it.
Add maize flour,Stir untill it's firm enough.
Keep on stiring after every 3 min while controlling the heat.
Your ugali is ready. - 2
Omena (Dagaa)
-Wash the Omena with warm water.
-Rinse with cold water,then heat 60ml of cooking oil in a pan.
-Fry the Omena for 5-10 min at most.
-Add onions let it cook for 2 min,add Hoho&garlic stir and let it cook for 2 min.
-Add Tomatoes,stir and cover it to cook for 2 min.
-Add salt, black pepper,Soysauce, Roycocubes all together and stir the mixture.
-Add milk cream with little water to make it wet fry.
-Cover it and let it cook for 5 min. - 3
My greens (Terere & Spinach)
-Wash the greens to make it clean.
-Cut them into slices.
-Put some cooking oil in the Sufuria,add slices onions,stir and let it cook for 2 min.
-Add Hoho and garlic stir then add the greens and let it cook for 5min. - 4
Serve the meal when hot with a piece of A fruit..🥱😋
