Ingredients

I cup rice
Different veges of yr choice
1large egg
Spices and salt
Vegetable stock or water

Steps

1

Soak rice in water for an hour
2

Rince and add your chopped vegges
3

Add broth and cook in medium to low heat
4

When its all cooked add your beaten egg and stir continuously untill its mixed then serve while its still hot with pinto beans then sauteed spinach
