First bake a red velvet cake - for this,in a bowl add cake premix,oil, melted butter

Gradually add water and keep whisking with a hand whisk

Make a smooth cake batter

Transfer in a greased cake mould

Bake for 25 mins 250° in preheated oven

Once it gets cooled, de-mould and divide in three slices

Now beat the whip cream with the help of electric beater till soft peak

Soak one slice with sugar syrup then give one layer of whipped cream then another slice of cake, repeat the steps for all cake slices, sprinkle cake crumbs

No need to cover the edges with cream,now make four square pastries,make the desired design by using nozzle

Delicious red velvet pastry is ready to serve
