I made this recipe using the good things from four other recipes. It’s simple and delicious! (It tastes so good, and you’ll never have any other cookies that taste like this!) Also it tastes better than it looks. I was a bit disappointed when I took them out of the oven, but then I tasted them and I was literally shocked it was so good! 😁

Honey Cookies 😋

Ingredients

Around 30 minutes.
Makes 12 cookies.
  1. 115 gButter, softened
  2. 1/2 cupsbrown sugar
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 1/4 cupplain flour
  6. 200 gMilk chocolate chips
  7. 1/4 cupWhite sugar
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 2 pinchessalt
  10. 1/4 cupHoney

Cooking Instructions

Around 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

    Beat butter and sugars until combined and smooth.

  3. 3

    In the same bowl, beat egg and vanilla extract until combined.

  4. 4

    Stir in flour and sift in baking powder.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle in the salt.

  6. 6

    Add warm honey, and mix more.

  7. 7

    Fold in chocolate chips. Mix one last time until ALL ingredients are fully mixed in.

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Roll the cookie dough into balls the size of your palm and place on tray.

    Put in oven for ten minutes, or until golden.

    Take out and cool before you put it into a jar.
