First of all, add buttermilk to a big bowl, add sugar powder and kesar shrikhand and mix it with a blender.

Now add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and saffron milk to this and beat well again with blender.

Now add this cooled piyush in a serving glass and garnish it by adding chopped almonds and pistachios, fresh rose leaves and saffron strings.

Now our summer cold drink Maharashtrian Kesar Piyush is ready to serve. Chill this piyush in the fridge for a few minutes and serve chilled.
