Wash and diced all the above mention ingredients

Set your pan on a medium heat pour your oil and diced onion fry for some minutes add carrot and fry then follow with spring onion then fry them all together

Add seasoning and salt to taste,spread some onion and fry

Add grated pepper,green beans fry them for some minutes.Then pour your peace

In a need bowl crack your eggs and pour into the pan continue stirring it add onion again continue stirring until it is well fry.Then off the light and served.

I served my with bold macaroni and spaghetti..Enjoy
