Ingredients

  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1small mango finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1carrot grated
  • 1/2 cuproasted peanut
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • as requiredSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the vegetable wash and drain the water. Chopped finely set aside.

  2. 2

    Take a mixing bowl add all the veg one by one mix it well. Next add roasted peanut mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add lemon juice, olive oil, chilli powder and salt mix it well.

  4. 4

    Finally serve the mango peanut salad enjoy.
