Boil the noodle al dente in salt water, strain, and spread it in a tray well coated with olive oil

Heat a wok(big kadhai) and add oil to it.

To the hot oil add chopped garlic, and sauté but don’t brown it. Add all the chopped vegetables/meat or both, add salt and stir fry on high flame till translucent.

Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry further till it all cooks

For the peanut sauce, blend all the ingredients mentioned in the list

Add the peanut sauce into the noodles as per your liking, garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your spice & tasty meal
