Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 PacketNoodles(150g)
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 cupChopped vegetables/meat
  • 1 tbspOil for cooking
  • As RequiredThai peanut sauce
  • 1/4 cupnatural peanut butter
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspfresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cuporange juice
  • 1garlic clove
  • 2 tspginger root
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1/2-1 tspcayenne pepper /sriracha sauce
  • 2-4 tbspwarm water
  • 1/2 tspsalt(as per taste)
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 2 tbspchilli garlic sauce(as per required spice level)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the noodle al dente in salt water, strain, and spread it in a tray well coated with olive oil

  2. 2

    Heat a wok(big kadhai) and add oil to it.

  3. 3

    To the hot oil add chopped garlic, and sauté but don’t brown it. Add all the chopped vegetables/meat or both, add salt and stir fry on high flame till translucent.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry further till it all cooks

  5. 5

    For the peanut sauce, blend all the ingredients mentioned in the list

  6. 6

    Add the peanut sauce into the noodles as per your liking, garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your spice & tasty meal
