Ingredients

4 to 6 people

4 cupsice
6 ounces (180 ml)or 3/4 cup) white rum (I prefer coconut rum)
6 (180 ml or 3/4 cup) ounces of coconut cream
6 (180 ml)or 3/4 cup) ounces pineapple juice
1/2 cuppineapple chunks (frozen or not but make sure fresh)
Garnish is optional

Steps

Combine in blender- the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and chunks, and ice. Blend.

Pour into glasses and garnish if desired…
