Assemble all vegetables

In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies + maida + salt + black pepper powder corn flour + soya sauce and mix well. Add maida and corn flour as required.
Make medium size balls and coat in corn flour and keep aside. - 3
Heat oil in pan and drop balls and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Manchurian Balls are ready, keep aside.

Assemble ingredients for gravy.

In moderately heated pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add garlic + ginger and sauté for few seconds.

Then add diced capsicum and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add diced onion and sauté till translucent, it takes around 2 minutes.

Then start adding all sauce + salt + sugar + water and cook for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

Make a mixture of corn flour + 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add this mixture, mix well and add all balls and give a nice mix. Cook further for 2-3 minutes and let balls coat with gravy.

Dish is ready to serve.

Serve with noodles or fried rice.,
