Steps

First, boil all vegetables in pressure cooker, take 6 whistles.

After that, cooker is cool completely, remove excess water and blend it with blender.

Heat pan, pour oil, add jeera, onion, garlic ginger and green chilli, cook well till oil separates.

Add tomato puree and all spices (you can adjust quantity of spices according to your taste). Add 2 cup water, mix well and cook till oil separates.

Add bhaji paste into it with 1/2 cup water, mix well, cook for 15-20 mins and cover it, stir occasionally.

Off flame and serve hot.

Toast pav with butter on tawa.
Servings:- Take pav in plate and bhaji in bowl. Garnish bhaji with coriander, cheese / butter. - 8
Serve with lemon and onions.
