Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgPeas
  2. 1Cabbage
  3. 3Potato
  4. 2Carrot
  5. 1Small Bottle gourd
  6. 2Big Capsicum
  7. 2Onion paste
  8. 6Big Tomato puree
  9. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 2 tspPav Bhaji Masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 3 tbspOil (approx.)
  14. 2 tbspGarlic, Ginger and Green chilli paste
  15. Lemon
  16. leavesCoriander
  17. Cheese
  18. Butter

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    First, boil all vegetables in pressure cooker, take 6 whistles.

  2. 2

    After that, cooker is cool completely, remove excess water and blend it with blender.

  3. 3

    Heat pan, pour oil, add jeera, onion, garlic ginger and green chilli, cook well till oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and all spices (you can adjust quantity of spices according to your taste). Add 2 cup water, mix well and cook till oil separates.

  5. 5

    Add bhaji paste into it with 1/2 cup water, mix well, cook for 15-20 mins and cover it, stir occasionally.

  6. 6

    Off flame and serve hot.

  7. 7

    Toast pav with butter on tawa.
    Servings:- Take pav in plate and bhaji in bowl. Garnish bhaji with coriander, cheese / butter.

  8. 8

    Serve with lemon and onions.
