2chopped green chillies
1egg for coating
Bread crumbs for coating

Mashed boiled potatoes thn add all the seasonings & rice flour

Now add bread crumbs

Add corriader leaves & green chillies

Mix well & shaped as a kabab..
Coat egg layer thn coat with bread crumbs
Shallow Fry on medium flame..
