Steps

Toast the bread slices on both sides till crisp.
Cut them into pieces and keep them aside. - 2
In a thick bottomed pan heat oil and ghee.
Add mustard, jeera, udad dal. - 3
When mustard seeds start spluttering, add chilies, and chopped onions.
Saute for a few minutes. - 4
Add tomatoes and saute for a few more minutes.
Mix garam masala, ketchup, and salt. - 5
Finally, add bread pieces and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts.
