Ingredients

  1. 5medium size of Irish potato
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Wash peel and cut the potatoes long - long

  2. 2

    Soak in cooled water and keep in the fridge for 1 hour or better still over night

  3. 3

    Heat up the oil and fry in batch on a low heat fry for like 5 min, remove from oil and place it on a pepper towel

    NB: this step is like steaming the potatoes

  4. 4

    Fry for the second time after the last batch...start refrying from the first batch you steamed

  5. 5

    Remove from oil and place on a pepper towel to reduce excess oil,, sprinkle some ketchup and enjoy your crunchy fries
