Ingredients

1 cupmoth sprouts
As RequiredOil
1chopped onion
2green chillies
8-10fresh curry leaves
As Per Taste Salt
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder and
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
1lemon
1/2 tspmustard seeds
1 tspcumin

Keep ready moth sprouts. Now heat oil in a kadhai or pan.

Add mustard seeds and cumin.

Once it starts crackling, add chopped onion, chopped green chilies, and Curry leaves.

Saute for 2min. Now add all dry spices.

Combine everything well then add moth sprouts.

Stir well cover and cook for 5min on low flame. Now turn off the flame.

Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Serve hot moth usal with upma and sev.
