Easy Potato and Egg Recipe
This delicacy can be taken as a meal or snack anytime of the day and it is rich in nutrients beneficial to your body. Sweet and crunchy!
Steps

Partially boil the eggs and potatoes separately for approximately 5 minutes.

Grate them altogether in a bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, tumeric powder, grated ginger and garlic, golden fried onions, and chopped coriander leaves to the potato and eggs mixture.

Mix them all until you form a dough form of the mixture.

Grease your palms then start to form small flattened balls using your palm, dip the balls into a bowl of beaten eggs, coat it with bread/cake crumbs, and repeat the coating process twice.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls until they turn golden brown in color.

Serve the delicacy with ketchup or a salad of your preference.
