Steps

Firstly rinse and chop mushrooms in big pieces..keep aside..take a blender add onion tomato..ginger garlic paste all the masala powders except garam masala and kasoori Methi. grind to smooth paste

Now grind fresh cream and cashew nuts together to a smooth paste..you can add little water if required,heat up a sauce pan add in ghee. add a chopped onion saute for 2minutes then add in mushroom again saute it for 2 minutes.

Now add in ground green paste,fry for 3-4 minutes. add in cashew paste add required amount of water for thick gravy. add kasoori methi and garam masala and mix well. cover the lid cook for 10 minutes,garnish with chopped coriander leaves and your delicious mushroom gravy is ready. enjoy with rice/roti.
