Heat oil into a kadahi crackle cumin seeds and saute green chilies and chopped ginger.

Now add chopped tomatoes and spices, and cook until becomes oil separate.

In a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt, and oil and mix it well. Add little water and slightly tight dough and keep set for 15 minutes.

After the knead again dough and pinch a small sizes ball and now pinch small size balls, roll it, and deep frying until golden.

Ready puri serves with aloo ki sabzi.
