Zinger fries

I choose to cook because I love to cook for my family as it gives me immense pleasure when I see them happy and healthy. I think homemade food is not only healthy and hygienic but also economical. I like to cook all types of cuisine which my family likes to eat.Cooking delicious food and presantaion both are my favourite.
I like to make food for dawats at home. Appreciation given by guests and family takes away all my tiredness.
My favourite ingredient is Mr potato 🥔as it is so versatile,it adjusts in most dishes,and everybody likes it.

Peel potatoes and cut them in fries shape but little thick.

Wash and soak them in cold water for 1/2 hr than strain them and dry them.

In a bowl put maida /plain flour for dry coating

Prepare wet batter :
In a big bowl add all ingredients for wet batter and mix them with whisk than add water gradually and mix well, make a medium thick batter. - 5
Dip the potatoes in wet batter than in dry flour. Coat each gently.

Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden colour comes from both sides and crispy. Fry in batches and strain. Serve with sauce and enjoy these yummilicious crunchy fries.
