Ingredients

  1. 1/2 of snake gourdSnake gourd
  2. 1Tomato 🍅
  3. 3 cupwater
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1Green chilli
  6. 1Drumstick
  7. 1.5 spoonOil
  8. Coconut chutney powder
  9. 1/2 tbspChilli powder
  10. 2 table spoonCoriander powder
  11. 1.5 table spoonSalt
  12. 1/4 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the snake guard as long pieces, chop onion, tomato and garlic, drumstick s

  2. 2

    Place the above in a sauce pan with 2 cup water. Add oil to it. And boil it up to 8minute in light flame. Add salt as per your taste.

    Once boiled with bubbles... Add chilli powder and coriander powder

  4. 4

    Add coconut chutney powder
    Add sugar(not compulsory)

  5. 5

    Add remaining water and bring to boil for 2minute in high flame.. Now it's ready to serve

    Good to have with rice(especially Kerala rice)
