Ingredients

  • 4 snake gourd slices
  • 2 onion slices
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspcoconut

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, add onion cook for 1 minute then add snake gourd, add salt to taste mix it, cover and cook on low flame.

    Keep mixing it from time to time, until the snake gourd is cooked well and the volume is reduced and soft,

    Then garnish with coconut scrape serve it hot.
