Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence

Marinate the lamb chops with the Herbes de Provence mix for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Do not add salt and pepper during marination to keep the meat from drying out when grilling.

When the oven reaches 400°F, grill the lamb chops for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with a salad of your choice. Sprinkle salt and pepper when serving.
