Mutton leg with 7up marinade

On Bakra eid, I always get the whole mutton leg from my parent’s house. I didn’t get that much time in last months to make it. So when my birthday came, all were asking treat; 💡 mutton leg in freezer 💡 the problem solved. I invited my family, made a grand dinner, everyone enjoyed and mutton leg which was sitting un fridge from Eid has also gone😄
Mutton leg with 7up marinade

Prepare green masala first: put coriander, mint, garlic, cloves and chillies in blender with yogurt. Blend it well.

Clean it up mutton leg properly. Pour whole green mixture on it. Add salt.

Put a tablespoon of raw papaya and pour a ehoke can of 7up
- 4
Add tikka masala, rub it with hand and poke it with fork. Overnight marination will give a remarkable result. 😊

Next day, take a big pot and put the leg inside. Cover it for 2 hours first. Yogurt will release water and in that masala, mutton leg will be cooked. Once it cooked, put it in oven to bake and to make crisp from the top. In the mean while, in same pot, put all vegetables and start stirring in high flame

Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir it in leftover masala. Once it cooked, put all vegetables on mutton leg and bake it for 5 mins.

Serve it with mashed potato, garlic bread and coleslaw. You also make it and enjoy at home.
