Put a pan on gas at low flame. Add classified butter.

Then add onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic and saute for an mnt.

Then add chopped veggies and saute it for 4-5 minutes

Then add black pepper, soya sauce, and salt. Mix it well

Then add boiled rice. Mix all slowly and cook for 2-3 minutes On low flame

For Manchurian... Take a big bowl. Add all grated veggies. Add cornflour and all-purpose flour. Add salt and black pepper and soya sauce. Mix it well and bind it properly to make small balls.

Now take a pan. Add oil in it. Heat it properly. Add all veggies balls one by one and fry them till turns golden brown and crispy on medium flame. Then drain all balls on tissue paper.

For sauce... Take another pan. Add oil then add chopped garlic, chopped green chili, and chopped ginger. Saute it for 2 mnts

Then add salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.

Then add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce mix it well then add some chopped green onion. Saute for 2 mnts.

Then add half a cup of water make a boil then take a small bowl to add cornflour and some water mix it and add it to the pan.

Stir it continously and cook well till the sauce turns thicker. Add veggies balls to it and mix it properly and cook for a minute

Then garnished with green onion and serve this Chinese platter with ketchup
