  • 1Brinjal
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • somecoriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tspzeera powder
  • as per tastesalt
  • as per taste sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tspchat masala

    Mix salt, tsp sugar, chili powder, turmeric, dhaniya zeera powder, chat masala, mix into dry besan, cut brinjal into slices and poke them with fork

    Cover all brinjal slice’s with the dry masala, keep aside for 1 hr. Fry in pan with oil.
