Peanut butter protein bars

No bake homemade snack bars. Note: Above is chocolate chip, dried strawberry, flax seed. Some other combinations: dried blueberry, sunflower seeds, almonds. Raisin, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Cocoa and dried raspberries.

No bake homemade snack bars. Note: Above is chocolate chip, dried strawberry, flax seed. Some other combinations: dried blueberry, sunflower seeds, almonds. Raisin, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Cocoa and dried raspberries.

Put peanut butter and honey in a food processor bowl. Pulse to combine with the mixing blade.

Add oats and protein powder. Pulse until combined

Fold in add ins as desired.

Turn out into a parchment lined 8 x 8" pan. Press to form a large square.

Cover and freeze for 30 min-1 hr. Defrost for 10 mins and cut into bars.

Wrap bars in parchment paper. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
