Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees. When ready add taco shells in a single layer in the basket.
- 2
Air fry taco shells for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired, though I find it not necessary. Adjust time for bigger taco shells if needed. Enjoy

Tasty Taco Lentils Tasty Taco Lentils
This recipe is modified from one I saw on Allrecipes.com. It turned out too runny to work well burrito style so I served it with tortilla chips and cheese quesadillas. Of course, you could serve it in taco shells with all the fixings, I just didn't have any on hand. I use the split red lentils from Trader Joe's because the cook time is so much faster, but you could use any kind of lentils you want just follow the cooking directions for the type you buy.
