Steps
- 1
Add all-purpose flour, semolina, baking powder, salt, yogurt, and oil to a bowl and mix everything well. Now start adding little water at a time and make a medium consistency dough that is not very soft or very stiff. Cover it and leave it for 2 hours.
- 2
After 2 hours, divide the dough into parts and roll it in your hand to make a ball. Apply little oil on the surface where you are rolling it and even on the rolling pin. Now roll medium thick bhatura into a round or oval shape.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, slide a bhatura slowly from the side to the oil. When it comes on top press it lightly with the slotted spoon and let it puff up. Now flip it over and fry it until pink on both sides. You can keep rolling and frying bhatura at the same time. Prepare all the bhatura in the same way. Serve hot bhatura with chhole.
