  • 5-6bread slices
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 2ripe banana
  • 30 gbutter
  • 1 cupmilk

    Shred bread slices

  2. 2

    Smashed banana, melt butter and mix in other ingredients

  3. 3

    Pre-heat oven to 180c and bake for 20 - 25 minutes
