Cheesy ramen

Not sure where they got the idea from, but I learned it from my mom & sister. One of my favorite comfort foods, quick and easy when you want something warm. Obviously not healthy, but good! Hahaha.

Not sure where they got the idea from, but I learned it from my mom & sister. One of my favorite comfort foods, quick and easy when you want something warm. Obviously not healthy, but good! Hahaha.
Steps

In a small pot, boil ramen per package directions or to your liking. You will not need the flavor packet!

While waiting for the noodles to boil, place 2 slices of the cheese into the bottom of your serving bowl.

Once you get your noodles to your liking, carefully pour them into your bowl. (My tip is if you'd like the cheese flavor more concentrated, pour out some of your water when the ramen is done cooking.)

Over top of the noodles, place the last 2 slices of cheese. Let sit for 40ish secs & begin to stir them in. After about 30 more seconds you'll be able to thoroughly mix it all together.

After it's mixed, now's the time to add your salt & pepper! And enjoy.

A packet of maruchan ramen says 2 servings, but I wouldn't share this. Lol.
