Bread Paneer Cutlates

First of all put 6 slices of bread 🥪 in grinder jar and make bread crumbs. Put in a bowl and make dough by using milk 🥛 as we make chapattis.

Now grate or mash paneer in another bowl add black salt, white salt as per taste, amchur powder, chat masala, red chilli powder, black pepper, green chillies, ginger paste, coriander leaves, chopped cashews and mix all the ingredients in bread dough and mix again. Our dough is ready.

Now make thin better of refined flour by using small amount of water (Slurry). Meanwhile finely grind remaining two slices of bread and make bread crumbs to coat balls.

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to set.

Make balls of dough in any shape of your choice round or cylindrical. Put one ball in slurry made earlier and coat with bread crumbs. Make all balls

Now we will deep fry these balls in medium hot 🔥 oil l and fry till golden brown.

Bread Paneer Balls are ready to eat. sercve with tomato sauce and green chutney
