Beef Stroganoff style Fried Burritos
I have read in old, I am talking about 1800's cookbooks, that the original Stroganoff recipes were served with fried, or mashed potatoes, rice or eventually with egg noodles. It is so delicious with fried potatoes. This recipe is simple, with beef meatballs, sour cream, and French fries.
Beef Stroganoff style Fried Burritos
I have read in old, I am talking about 1800's cookbooks, that the original Stroganoff recipes were served with fried, or mashed potatoes, rice or eventually with egg noodles. It is so delicious with fried potatoes. This recipe is simple, with beef meatballs, sour cream, and French fries.
Cooking Instructions

Fry the meatballs in oil. Remove to a bowl. Add in the sour cream, thyme, and stir

Cut the potatoes into French fries. Fry in the oil you fried the meatballs in. Season with the fry day seasonings. Taste add salt if needed.

Add the fries and cheese to the meatballs, stir and incorporate well. Take three meatballs and some of the fries to the tortillas. Fold the sides inwards left to the right and right to the left and roll up from the bottom. Fry the burrito in the same oil add oil as needed. It doesn't take long to fry the burrito about 20-25 second per surface. Start with the flap side down.

Repeat till done. Serve or freeze. I hope you enjoy!!

I have been craving beef stroganoff for a few weeks now so i decided to go ahead and make it for dinner. You can use any type of steak for this recipe, i had some prime cuts of ribeye that i got from my butcher for a cookout a couple weeks ago for an awesome price, i recommend him to everybody(this is a shameful plug but Latin American grocery and meat market located at 516 SE 47th Terrace Cape Coral, Fl 33904)tell him i sent you, you wont get a discount but at least he know i showed love! Also as opposed to egg noodles that beef stroganoff recipes call for im using penne. Because its raining and i dont feel like going to the store
