Slow Cooked Chicken and Gnocchi Dumplings

I used canned peas and carrots instead because thats what i had and wanted to use up some of my canned goods, i added them in the same time as the gnocchi so it wouldn’t get mushy, i added the gnocchi the last 30 minutes basically right before I wanted dinner actually. Because my chicken was done way before dinner time might of started it too early idk 🤷‍♀️, this is so good 😊.

Ingredients

6 servings

4boneless chicken breasts
1 Cfrozen chopped onion pepper celery blend
1 Cfrozen chopped carrots
1 Cfrozen peas
1 tminced garlic
1 tground marjoram
1 Tdried parsley
32 ouncechicken broth
2 packagesfrozen gnocchi approx 9 ounces each
Side - 1 salad kit

Steps

Add first 7 ingredients to slow cooker

Add chicken chicken broth to slow cooker cook for 6 hrs on low

Shred chicken with two forks.

Add gnocchi and cook on high for 30 minutes.

Serve with green salad.
