Blending the pandan leaf with 2 -3 tbsps coconut milk. Then squeeze pandan juice and filter. Set aside. In the mix bowl add smashed Babana, sugar and salt. Stir to mix well. Add rice four, glutinous rice flour, coconut milk and pandan juice. Stir to mix it well. Add young coconut and black sesame, stir to mix it.

Heat the pan, brush coconut oil. Then scoop the batter, spread into circle. When it turn to golden brown flip the other sides, cook until turn to golden brown. Place on the serving plate. If you don’t like the flat circle you can roll it. Ready to enjoy.
