Clean and chop the pumpkin. Then boil it. Chop the onion and tomatoes

Heat a pan. Add oil, once the oil is hot enough, add mustard and Fenugreek. Let it crackle. Add onion and tomatoes.

Add turmeric and pumpkin. Add another masala too. Cover it and cook for some time on low flame. Add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
