Take sattu in a bowl add crushed ginger, green chilies, garlic, pickle paste, coriander leaves, chopped onion and mustard oil, mix it properly. Now add little water and mix it well. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside.

Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt, oil, mix it then add gradually water and knead to soft dough. Divide dough into small portion and roll into small round thick disk. Place some portion of stuffing, gather the edges and seal properly. Now roll it into a round paratha.

Now place the paratha on the medium heat tawa and fry both sides with ghee.

Sattu stuffed paratha is ready to serve with pickle and curd.

Tips
Knead the dough should be soft.
