In a bowl, combine bhakhri flour, salt, and peanut oil.

Gradually add water and knead into a firm, smooth dough.

Cover and let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.

Roll each ball into a thick, round bhakhri.

Heat a griddle (tawa) over medium heat.

Cook the bhakhri on both sides, pressing gently, until golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot with pickle, yogurt, tea, or your favorite accompaniment.
