First soak mung beans overnight and strain it.

Dry roast fennel, cumin, Pepper and grind it into powder

Now add Mung beans in a mixer jar add one inch Ginger and 4 peppercorns and make it a coarse thick paste

Take a shallow mould plate (Square recommended) and grease the mould with some oil or butter and add the coarse grinded paste and steam it

Now Take a Pan and pour some Sesame oil and add finely chopped onions cook it till transparent and add Chopped Tomatoes and a Green chilli

Next add spices Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and dry roasted powder with it. (the dish could be spicy if you add a bit more pepper powder)
Add a pinch of Salt and pour some water and let it cook - 7
Now take out the steamed Mung beans and let it cool and cut it into cubes as liver and add it to gravy.

(If you want you can cook it as curry) Now let it cook well and add some chopped onions and some quarter spoon butter and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
