Ingredients

  • Halfkg shrimp
  • 2small pack vermicilli
  • 2 stalkcelery
  • 1 headminced garlic
  • Sauce:soy, sesame oil, ovyter sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim shrimp then sqit the back to open. Set aside

  2. 2

    Blanch vermicilli then arrange in a plate.

  3. 3

    Mix minced garlic with the sauce. Then scoop it and pour one by one into the slit.

  4. 4

    Steam it and garnish with celery.
