Ingredients

  • 1 piecechicken breast
  • 1small can pineapple
  • 1small green capsicum
  • 1green small capsicum
  • 1small white onion
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 3 tbsptomato sauce
  • halftsp flour diluted in water

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry the chicken until golden brown. Then set aside.

  2. 2

    Then sautee onion until soft then put back the chicken. Cook it then add sauce. Add the veggies and cook until done.
