Everyone who likes sweet and sour chicken should have their own recipe to make at home, and I mean "making the sauce yourself" level of at-home cooking. Because that bottled sweet and sour sauce? No thank you! I prefer to control the amounts of certain ingredients going into my dishes (like sugar and sodium).In actuality, a lot of your favorite "Chinese dishes" (you know, what you pile on your plate at the buffet or call to have delivered at 11pm lol) are a LOT simpler to make at home than you may realize.This is my version of the standard favorite.
