Ingredients

Halfkg shrimp
2small pack vermicilli
2 stalkcelery
1 headminced garlic
Sauce:soy, sesame oil, ovyter sauce

Steps

Trim shrimp then sqit the back to open. Set aside

Blanch vermicilli then arrange in a plate.

Mix minced garlic with the sauce. Then scoop it and pour one by one into the slit.
4

Steam it and garnish with celery.
