Sliced beetroots
1 handfulWalnuts
Salted tamarind paste
2-3 spoonswhite vinegar
3 spoonsolive oil
You can put pieces of unsalted feta if you want

Cut the aragula after washing them well

Break the walnuts by hand into small pieces
3

Put the breaked walnuts and beets and arugula together
4

Mix the tamarind and vinegar and the oil together
5

Put the mix on the previous ingrediants
