Steps

Take a larger bowl to add semolina, curd, salt, and turmeric powder mix it well adds water and mix the rest for 10 min.

Tak a dhokla tray gresh with some oil.. take bate add 1 eno patch mix it well.. put into the tray.

Put into dhokla cooker cook it 15 min.

Open and cool down.. take a tadka pan put the oil add Cumin seeds heat them.

Take a dhokla try put coriander leaves, curry leaves put the oil top over it.. cut into cubs..

Ready to Serve.
