Mix all the ingredients except sesame seed and bread.

Knead it nicely so the dough is formed.

Heat oil in pan.

Till then spread this dough over the bread and apply sesame seeds and cut it into pieces using pizza cutter

Put the bread for frying but the dough section should be inside oil and bread outside

Deep fry till it's golden brown

Enjoy it with Schezwan Sauce.
