Simple and Easy Chicken Adobo (Adobong Manok) Simple and Easy Chicken Adobo (Adobong Manok)
As a mom of a toddler in his "terrible two" age, cooking is quite a multitasking feat. Its like you wish you could just split into two: one half to watch over your climbing tod and the other half is cooking a decent lunch. Seriously, I find this Filipino dish a time management friendly recipe. I can have it marinated a day before and have it slowly cooked for another day's meal. Slow cooking recipes are my best friends. bemski -
