Boiled the potatoes and peel it and mash it keep aside. soak the sago and wash it and keep aside for 10 minutes

Take a bowl and mix boiled potatoes, sago, black pepper powder, salt and green chillies. make 12 tikkis.

Deep fry the sago cutlets in oil. serve crispy sago cutlets with imli chutney.
